Camilo Sánchez

is a Colombian artist, producer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California, known for being one of the driving forces behind the artistic project Monitor Collective and his solo project Monokoi. Sánchez has collaborated with a diverse array of artists including Grammy® and Latin Grammy® winners, such as Walt Anderson (Kool & The Gang), Manuel Medrano, Diamante Eléctrico, Mireya Ramos (Flor de Toloache), Frank Lucas (Motherflowers), Georgel, Divagash, Nina Rodríguez, Nicolai Fella (LosPetitFellas), Juan Galeano, Jimena Angel, Revolver Plateado, Jen Awad, among others.

Sánchez works at the intersection of indie alternative soul-pop, neo-soul, and Latin rooted indie sounds, constantly driven by exploration, experimentation, and new global trends that push his songwriting and production into fresh territory. His musical journey has taken him across several countries, including Australia, the United States, France, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, performing at festivals such as Coachella, Austin City Limits, Vive Latino, Estéreo Picnic, Cosquín Rock, Empire Music Fest, and more.

Beyond the studio and stage, Sánchez brings a rare commercial and strategic edge to his artistry: a decade-long career inside the music business, with senior level experience across artist relations, A&R, music consulting, marketing, and tour operations. This dual perspective-creative and executive, shapes his work with a clear understanding of how records travel from the writing room to the real world.
